race course anyone?
Have been looking at supplies to build a bit of a circuit track on the water.
Wondering who may be interested in some small time races and slalom runs.

Awesome Aaron. It would just be for some added fun and like an activity as well.
Just down from us there is a warehouse which sells small and large ball floats in either dark blue or bright orange. They also carry some lead rope in different weights.
Not sure yet what we would require in terms of quantity, but the small ones are 29.00 and not a stocked item, and the average sized ones are 40. each. and always in stock. Not a lot of money.
Lead rope was $30./50ft, can't recall the weight, however we can devise a string of our own as I researched it a year ago and simply need a refresher.
Jetlag has suggested that we use helmets just in case. I agree and that would depend if we race or slalom for time. I like both ideas. I think it would be a lot of fun as well getting other old and new riders together for a weekend event, maybe with a bbq or a place to chow down.
Obviously smooth water would be best, so leave that up to someone who knows where they are as I have only been riding rough. (no pun intended)
Thanks for the post Aaron. I appreciate the contribution.

start with 6??
Hey guys, if we split and go $100.00 each, that should cover a set of balls each and some rope. The more the merrier.
Hmmmm......that almost sounds weird. Baha..
Let me know as I can get some as soon as tomorrow or any time from Mon to Fri.
