New & need advice

Hello,

I'm new to the world of PWC and already in trouble. I purchased a '97 GTX with 150 hours this spring. Everything was great until my buddy ran over a rope last week. In an effort to clear the snag we tilted the machine up on its side (learing that this was a big mistake). We got the rope out but engine wouldn't turn over. Removed plugs next morning and water shot out, continued to turn over until no water was present. Put plugs back in but it still won't spin. Continued this proceedure many, many times but still can't get it to crank when plugs are in. Any ideas? Am I already looking at a rebuild and if so, what should I expect to pay? Any recommendations for a service dept in S Ont?
