    Default Richmond to Pitt Lake, Sept 6th

    We left Richmond (MacDonald beach) at 1115 am and filled up at Vancouver Marina. About 25 min to New West about 35 min to Port Mann. Then about another 35 min up to Pitt lake. Of course we stopped at bit and poked around, those times are estimates.

    We stopped and had lunch at Gillneter and noticed fuel was available at 2 marinas on Pitt River. Flotsam and jetsam on the Fraser was fairly minimal.

    Via google maps I calculated a total 112 km round trip and estimate we burnt about 60 L of fuel. This puts a run to Harrison from Port Mann in reach for me if I stay out of WOT. My google calcs show harrison to be about 102 km one way. They have fuel on the lake at Killer Cove marina.
