changing rear crank shaft seal HELP

Have the crank sitting on my work bench. How do i remove the rear threaded on thing so i can put my new rear crank seals in! Might be stupid question but its seems to be a problem for me lol

if you're talking about the coupler, its easiest to do when the flywheel is still on using a flywheel holder and coupler wrench...
