Default When Spring time rolls around again.....

It's my understanding that when the new season comes around, I can drop my pwc in the water, take it for a rip and foul the plugs, stop and change the plugs, then I'm good for the season.

Can I simply do this on my driveway? Can I hook up my garden hose, run it and foul the plugs, kill the water, stop the engine, change the plugs, then head for open water?

    Thanks.
