Probably started this a little late in the off season but better late than never...currently have it ripped apart, defoamed and alum pump shoe installed...lots more to go so stay tuned...

thanks...it is pretty much the worst possible job you could have to do to a ski, but after it is done it will be nice to know it has been taken care of. Plus it will be a few pounds lighter.

foamed and glassed in...next is to install footholds, foam and glass them in, than turf and reassembly.

Got the latest batch from noahs marine supplies in toronto that I actually ordered online...but I didn't order enough and ended up using some 2 year old foam that I had on the shelf. Was a little slower to expand but it worked well to finish the job.
