tigershark problem

I would like to know if anyone has the same problem as me here. i have a 1996 montego tigershark, it runs mint once its out of the water, but getting out of the water is the problem. (plaining it i mean) when u give it gas it either bogs down and dies sumtimes or it will try and try a try to get out but doesnt. u pretty much have to sit on the bars in order for it to plain. it takes atleast 5 minutes to get it to plain.

If anyone knows the problem could you please share it.
