Default building a rolling garage stand for the 'doo

i need to free up space in the garage and the trailer has to come out from under my sp. i want to build a rolling stand with wood (2X4, as i have an abundance of them lying around).

i got a few pics off jetskinews.com for a stand, but i am wondering if there are any actual plans floating around to build from.

i am not feeling motivated enough to try to scale/interpret the pics, but i am motivated enough to build from plans.

    any ideas?

btw, a metal stand wouldn't be out of the question, i don't have any problems welding something up. welding in the garage is the reason i need to free up space.
