1991 Yamaha Superjet

Are Yamaha twin crankshafts in Ontario crazy expensive like they are on the West Coast? MSRP in California is $1100 U.S.(new), and about $400 to $500 used. I have not even seen any in B.C. for sale.

Installed the stock pipe but diverted the water exiting the head with a T fitting splitting the water that enters the exhaust pipe with water exiting the hull. Routed new water line and installed an aluminum water exit. Rebuilt the carburetor. Installed the fuel tank and installed new fuel line. Removed the fuel petcock and chock and installed a primer.

Assembled the short block. Inspected the reeds and stops. Installed the intake manifold. Rebuilt the carburetor.

I have not put it in the water yet. It took a little while to get some OEM parts, about 40 days behind. All that's left is to Hydroturf the ski. The chin pad came back a few days ago. I've been riding another square nose SJ and 800sxr. Try to go out 3-4 days a week.
