Default Jurors deliberate wrongful death case against Sea-Doo maker

just a follow up to this...

the jury couldn't make a decision, and was told by the judge to go back and hammer something out. jurors were requesting information on forms of compensation, so bombardier settled before the jury came back. the case is done and over with.

unfortunately, sea doo was put in a situation where a lawyer and a grieving family member felt that a sticker would have kept a child alive.
