Default The Kawasaki BK 117 Helicopter

The Kawasaki BK 117 is an agile, mid-sized helicopter codeveloped by Kawasaki and Eurocopter Deutschland GmbH, and is the first Japan-made helicopter. Since its market debut in 1983, 510 units have been delivered as of March 2005, proving its popularity as a multipurpose helicopter. The 11-seater is being used in a wide range of applications, including transportation, distribution, firefighting, disaster relief, rescue operations, police activities, power line patrolling and medical operations.
The C-2 is the latest model of the BK 117 series, featuring significant improvements in operability, comfort and safety over its predecessors. These have been achieved through state-of-the-art technologies that have driven the BK 117 series' longstanding reputation for reliability.
