MADISON, WI, The Great Lakes Watercross Tour has released a schedule of events for the 2006 season of Personal Watercraft Racing.

∑ Great Lakes Watercross Tour offers Closed Course Racing which is motocross on water with Road course type lay-out including left and right turns and straight-aways which are all designated by buoys. Itís handle-bar to handle-bar action with log jumps and plenty of waves. With Speeds of up to 70 mph with both runabout and stand-up watercraft, they are action packed events sure to thrill the fans.

∑ Great Lakes Watercross events are Region 6 International Jet Sports Boating Association (IJSBA) and American Power Boating Association (APBA) sanctioned with competitors earning points towards a National Title and the opportunity to be invited to compete at the IJSBA World Finals located in Lake Havasu, Arizona, USA, in the first week of October.

∑ Great Lakes Watercross racing is about a lot of things including fun, competition, athletics, sportsmanship, family and friends and would like to provide anyone interested with an excellent opportunity to participate in this exciting extreme motor sports from the beginner to the pro.
