kawasaki 750 sx - balance issue.

i bought a 92 750 sx, with factory pipe and setup to mix.
I find that the ski is heavy on the right side now and wants to roll.
It makes mounting the ski in deep water difficult too.
Without putting weight on the left size to balance, does anyone have any suggestions.

I believe the 1992's had 4" x 4" grey weights glued inside, on the right side of the nose. Pry them out and the ski should float better.
