95 seadoo jet boat
I just purchased a 95 sead speedster with twin motors. I just put the batteries in and I can't get one of the motors started. Can someone advise me what to do or tell me what I,m doing wrong. There are 2 batteries - 2 positive cables - one negative cable and a second negative cable that goes from the first negative battery over to the second battery. The one motorfires right up but all I an get from the second one is a click. I tried switching the positive around but still no luck. Any ideas as to what may be wrong. The guy I bought it from had it winterized at the dealership and he says everything was okay last fall.
please advise as I want to get out in this thing.

Your missing one negative... Make sure both motors are grounded (negative wires)
Also, if you turn the bilge pump knob to the right (counter clockwise) it'll use both batteries to start each engine

You may also want to test the starter relay for that motor.
Chester4 out of the 5 voices in my head say, pull the trigger!
