1993 waverunner3 650 will not start ran fine before last season then just died

do u have spark?
check compression also

It will not even turn over it's like the kill switch is engaged or the battery is dead .but i have got juice to my display on my fuel guage with a brand new battery i think it's in the starting relay because when i push my ignition switch it does nothing.
